I had a bad night’s sleep due to a raging toothache. This morning I sent an email to Mr Tonsbeek's surgery and the receptionist telephoned back within 5 minutes. An appointment was arranged for 10am and the nasty old tooth was removed. I was really impressed, not only by the service, but also Mr Tonsbeek’s professionalism. My husband and I have been with this practice since 1974. We have therefore been with Mr. Tonsbeek since he began here. I am a very nervous patient but have always found Maarten Tonsbeek to be very kind, courteous and understanding, putting me at ease, especially through the extensive treatment that I have required. With Mr. Tonsbeek I always feel I am in very safe hands. You feel instantly reassured and are made to feel very welcome by his receptionist. The surgery is the most modern I have ever seen and the fact that he almost without fail, sees you on the appointed time or even before, is a real bonus. The advantage with a small practice is that you always see the same dentist. With previous practices I have attended, you never managed to see the same dentist twice.
